Course description This course is designed to take the student through the RPSV4 mass valuation of commercial properties. Students are expected to have an understanding of commercial property appraisal and mass appraisal concepts. Students will work with land, cost, depreciation, valuation factor files and developing base tables for valuing commercial properties. The student will also be guided through the setup for utilizing the mass appraisal tables in single parcel valuation. Student should have taken commercial data collection and Introduction to RPSV4 Analysis and Valuation.
