During this timeframe, you will be unable to create, log in to, or complete any transactions in your Online Services account.
   
If you must file during this timeframe, you may file a paper form. If you must pay a bill, use our Quick Pay application, which does not require you to log in. If you received an income request letter (Form RP-5300-WSC), use our STAR Income Worksheet tool.

STAR Credit Delivery Schedule

The STAR Credit Delivery Schedule lookup provides the most recently updated information available for your area.

To use the lookup:

  1. Select Delivery Schedule lookup below.
  2. Choose the county you live in from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select your school district to view the information for your area.
  4. Select your town or city.

The lookup shows the date we began (or will begin) to mail STAR credit and eligibility letters to your area. Please allow five to ten business days for delivery. We cannot provide a specific issue date for your STAR credit.

If the delivery schedule indicates that STAR credits have been issued in your area, but you have not received yours, review your school property tax bill. (See examples.) If you received the STAR exemption on your bill, there is no further STAR benefit to receive this year. You are not eligible for the STAR credit in any year you receive a STAR exemption.

Important: Our Contact Center representatives cannot provide a specific delivery date. You may receive your check or deposit before or after your neighbor or family member.
