Bare land schedule definitions

Accessible: Land >= 1/4 mile from an all-weather road.

Remote: Land > 1/4 mile from an all-weather road.

Target acres: The 'target' acres is the total SOL acres divided by the number of parcels located in each town.

Bare land: Land committed to vegetative growth but having no merchantable (marketable) standing timber at the time.
