11/26/2025 RPS Online: High priority and systematic data fixes now available
We encourage you to review and correct your data before converting to RPS Online
Earlier this year, we released the top priority data fixes we encourage you to make to ease the transition to RPS Online. The next two levels of data fixes are now available.
In consultation with the RPS Online Constituent Group, we organized the necessary edits into three priority levels:
- Top: Core data points that are used within multiple system functions and are generally required in RPS Online (download the Excel spreadsheet: here).
- High: Corrections that if made prior to conversion will save you valuable time once using RPS Online (download the Excel spreadsheet: here).
- Systematic updates applied during conversion: You will not need to take action on these edits, the information provided is for your awareness (download the Excel spreadsheet: here).
Note: The links for the data fixes start a download of the Excel file within your browser. If you are having trouble downloading the file, we recommend you try copying and pasting the link into another browser or checking your browser’s pop-up and download settings.
None of these issues will prevent conversion to RPS Online. However, if you don’t make the data updates prior to conversion, you may be prompted to make them in RPS Online when making updates to data with the specified issues. At the time of conversion to RPS Online, we will provide you a report identifying unaddressed anomalies in your data.
We recommend these changes be made to at least the current roll year data, so the changes are rolled over in RPS Online going forward. However, where sale inventory data is concerned, priority should be given to valuation usable sales going back no more than 5 years.
