RPSV4 update now available
RPS2020_6806.exe now available in the RPSV4 Updates page in the Online Assessment Community.
In some situations when running Assessment and Tax Rolls, the system was not calculating additional fees properly on parcels marked as redacted. This update corrects the calculations.
If you have questions about the update, contact your ORPTS Customer Service Team.
Final state-owned land lists now available
Lists of taxable state-owned land and taxable state easements for 2025 assessment rolls are now available in the Online Assessment Community. If applicable to your town, please ensure that these approved lists agree with roll section three entries on your 2025 assessment roll.
Reminders: Deadline extended for RPS Online surveys & New RPS Online video

For those of you having a busy grievance season, we’ve extended the due date for the RPS Online surveys to June 6.
Reminder: If you are the assessor in multiple municipalities, please complete the RPS Online Implementation Survey once for each city or town.
