RPSV4 2020 now available!

RPSV4 2020 is the first full build of the system since 2016. It includes all of the updates released since 2016, as well as a few corrections, modifications and enhancements.

Contact your ORPTS customer service team to arrange for installation. While our ORPTS liaisons won’t be visiting your office this fall, they can provide valuable assistance remotely.

We look forward to working with you to get you up and running with the new release.

STAR exemption forms and RPSV4

We’ve received inquiries from a couple of you asking when the STAR exemption forms would be updated in RPSV4. Due to the statewide Income Verification Program, it is no longer appropriate to send Enhanced STAR renewals to seniors, as you would have in prior years. In fact, we eliminated the STAR renewal form last year.

The forms for the 2021-2022 school tax year are available online in pdf fill-in format:

To consolidate our resources on higher priority RPSV4 and ACES projects, we are not updating the STAR forms in RPSV4 this year. A future release will remove the 2019 version of the forms from the system.

We’ve added NYCTL 1997-1 Trust v Igal Stell to Judicial cases.
