Sample Income Worksheet

When we need additional income information from a senior to confirm their eligibility for the Enhanced STAR exemption, we send them an income worksheet and cover letter. The worksheets are hitting mailboxes this week and next.

We encourage property owners to contact us directly for assistance, but some seniors may contact you directly. We are providing you with this information so you will be better prepared in the event that a senior citizen asks for your assistance to complete the form.

Below are samples of the worksheet and cover letter. They are examples only. Do not distribute them to anyone for use. We send the worksheet only to those from whom we need additional information.
