STAR seminars start July 7!
This summer, we're launching a tour of STAR seminars across the state.
Did you pay enough estimated personal income tax?
If you recently received a Notice and Demand for Payment of Tax Due (DTF-966-E) for underestimating your 2023 personal income tax, pay it by the due date noted on the bill to avoid accruing additional penalty and interest. If you disagree with the letter, respond and request a review.

Want to switch to the STAR credit from the STAR exemption?
You can register to switch to the STAR credit from the STAR exemption anytime during the year. But the timing of your first STAR credit will depend on whether you register before or after the deadline to switch.
Want to receive your STAR credit as a direct deposit?
If you’re a STAR credit recipient, you may now have your STAR credit deposited directly into your bank account, rather than receive a check. STAR Credit Direct Deposit is the fastest and easiest way to receive your STAR credit.
