Upcoming due date: Aid for Cyclical Reassessments

For municipalities planning to participate in the Aid for Cyclical Reassessment program, initial, amended, and new plans must be submitted no later than 120 days prior to tentative assessment roll date. For municipalities on a standard assessment calendar, December 31, 2023 is the deadline for 2024 plans.

If you have questions regarding the aid program or changes to an existing plan, contact your ORPTS customer service team.

Reminder: When properties sell

After a property sells, don’t forget to:

• transmit the sale and any changes to ORPTS,
• update your roll to reflect the sale inventory, and
• update the IVP record to indicate the property was sold.
