04/30/2026 RPS Online update

We are committed to providing an assessment administration software program that fully meets the needs of the assessment community and reflects the quality of support we strive to provide. 

As of this time, Hamilton, Schuyler, and Seneca Counties are using RPS Online. Before converting additional municipalities, we are prioritizing support for the local officials currently using the system.

In addition, we are working with ITS and representatives of the assessment community to conduct additional, intensive testing of the system throughout the full assessment calendar cycle in a simulated, condensed timeframe. This will help us to meet the needs of our users moving forward.

Once this testing period is complete, we will begin conversions in additional localities.
