06/11/2025 New platform for Municipal Profiles, Sales Web, and Rates for School Apportionment

We’ve overhauled Municipal Profiles, and we’re asking you to test out a preliminary version before we launch it to the public!

Municipal Profiles is now part of a new Municipal Data Portal, which includes Sales Web and Rates for School Apportionment.

To take a sneak peek, visit ORPTS Municipal Data Portal. We encourage you to check the information for your municipality (including the contact information for you and the other local officials in your locality). If you identify issues or have feedback, email real.property@tax.ny.gov.

Bear in mind this is a preliminary version of the application. We are continuing to make adjustments before it goes live for the public, which is tentatively planned for Friday, June 20.
