Tentative Roll Corrections Report (Report #4)

Report #4 is now available in the Online Assessment Community for several municipalities with a May 1 tentative roll date who provided their tentative roll files to ORPTS on a timely basis (by May 10). The team is working diligently and we’ll let you know when it’s available state wide. To get ready, we encourage you to review the instructions. 

Training reimbursement reminder

Before you register for additional training, make sure you're eligible for reimbursement. To be eligible, you must have continuing education credits available for 2025. If you’re not sure or if you have questions, contact our Educational Services Team at orpts.edservices@tax.ny.gov or 518-474-1764.

Certified STAR exemption amounts for Nassau County

The 2025 STAR exemption amounts are now available online for Nassau County.
