Reminder: RPS Online Implementation Surveys
Note: If you are the assessor for multiple municipalities, please submit this survey separately for each municipality.
In collaboration with the RPS Online Project Team and the RPS Online Constituents Group, we have prepared a new survey to assist us in the implementation of RPS Online and conversion efforts from RPSV4.
There are two versions of the survey, one to be completed by county directors and the other by assessors.
Thank you for completing the surveys. Your participation is crucial to the implementation of RPS Online. Please complete the surveys by May 22.

As we approach the launch of RPS Online this fall, we’ll continue to update our webpages with the latest in RPS Online news and content.

STAR third party forms due June 1
Do you have STAR third party forms that you haven’t previously transmitted to us?
To accommodate seniors who have requested notification of a third party regarding STAR, please provide us with copies of Form RP-425-TPN, Request for Mailing of Notice to a Third Party Regarding Enhanced STAR Exemption. Please do not send copies of forms that you have previously provided to us.
You can provide the forms to us in any of the following ways:
- Scan the RP-425-TPN forms and email them to IVPForms@tax.ny.gov
- Fax the forms to 518-457-0866
- Mail the forms to:

We’ll send any letters regarding STAR exemption status to the third parties.
