Online Services will be down for improvements from 5 p.m. on December 4 until 10 a.m. on December 8.

During this timeframe, you will be unable to create, log in to, or complete any transactions in your Online Services account.

If you must file during this timeframe, you may file a paper form. If you must pay a bill, use our Quick Pay application, which does not require you to log in. If you received an income request letter (Form RP-5300-WSC), use our STAR Income Worksheet tool.

To learn about the upcoming improvements and stay up to date, see December 2025 changes to Online Services and subscribe to receive Online Services emails.

STAR letters going out this week

RP-5310-DLI: Recipients of this letter are registered for the STAR credit, but their 2022 income was more than $500,000. They are not eligible for the STAR credit this year. We will continue to review our records to determine their eligibility in future years. Recipients of this letter do not need to do anything unless they disagree with our income determination.

RP-5310-DLPR: Recipients of this letter are registered for the STAR credit, but we are unable to confirm the property is the primary residence of any of the owners. Therefore, they are not eligible for the STAR credit at this property. Recipients of this letter do not need to take any action unless they disagree with our determination.

RP-425-MBE: Recipients of this letter are receiving a Basic STAR exemption but may be eligible for an Enhanced STAR exemption. Recipients of this letter should submit Forms RP-425-E and RP-425-IVP to their assessor by their municipal taxable status date.

If you’re contacted by a homeowner about a letter, direct them to the instructions and telephone number on the letter (518-457-2036).
