During this timeframe, you will be unable to create, log in to, or complete any transactions in your Online Services account.
   
If you must file during this timeframe, you may file a paper form. If you must pay a bill, use our Quick Pay application, which does not require you to log in. If you received an income request letter (Form RP-5300-WSC), use our STAR Income Worksheet tool.

We’re moving!

ORPTS’s Albany headquarters is moving to a new Tax Department facility on Wade Road in Latham. 

We don’t expect the move to impact operations, but our Assessor/Director Hotline will be closed on Monday, September 19. We appreciate your patience.

RPS Update to senior exemption renewal form 

Watch your email for an RPS update announcement this week. The update will remove 2022 from the heading of the RPSV4 version of Form RP-467-Rnw among other things. 

Reminder: Aid for Cyclical Reassessments deadline

If you conducted a 2022 reassessment and your final roll date is July 1, the deadline to apply for state aid is October 1. For details and application forms, see Aid for Cyclical Reassessments.
