If you are a business

If you're a business, you may submit Form AU-11, Application for Credit or Refund of Sales or Use Tax, online. It's fast, easy, and free.

To get started, you'll need to:

1. Create a Business Online Services account, if you don't already have one.
2. Log in to your account and select Sales tax - file and pay from the left-hand menu under Services.
3. Select Sales tax refund request from the drop-down.

If you are an individual taxpayer

If you're an individual taxpayer and want to request a refund of sales or use tax paid, you must file for a refund using paper Form AU-11.
