Form AU-11, Application for Credit or Refund of Sales or Use Tax

If you are a business

If you're a business, you may submit Form AU-11, Application for Credit or Refund of Sales or Use Tax, online. It's fast, easy, and free.

To get started, you'll need to:

1. Create a Business Online Services account, if you don't already have one. (You can view our demo to learn how to create your account.)
2. Log in to your account and select Sales tax - file and pay from the left-hand menu under Services.
3. Select Sales tax refund request from the drop-down.

If you are an individual taxpayer

If you're an individual taxpayer and want to request a refund of sales or use tax paid, you must file for a refund using paper Form AU-11.
