Request an online MHPR account: instructions for primary contacts for multiple parks

Our records indicate that you are the contact for multiple parks. To make the process easier for you, you can email us your park information as follows:

1. Compile the following information into a spreadsheet or table:
   
   
   • your first name, last name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
   • the name, facility ID (if known), and physical address for all parks for which you are the primary contact
     
     
2. Email the requested information to MHPRsurvey@tax.ny.gov.
   
   Note: This mailbox is monitored for this purpose only and cannot respond to questions regarding your manufactured home park.
   
   
3. Subscribe to our Manufactured home park owners email topic for reminders, updates, and tips to make registration fast and simple.

Watch for an upcoming notice from the Tax Department with the information you will need to access and complete your registration.
