Notice of determination of STAR Exemption ineligibility
If you received Form RP-425-PDL-HTRC, Notice of determination of STAR Exemption ineligibility, the simplest way to resolve the matter is to follow the registration instructions included in the letters we previously sent you; you will need the property key provided in those letters. If you received this letter (Form RP-425-PDL-HTRC), we are instructing your assessor to remove your STAR exemption because you failed to register after being sent two notices to do so.

You must file your protest within 45 days from the date of the notice you received.
