During this timeframe, you will be unable to create, log in to, or complete any transactions in your Online Services account.
   
If you must file during this timeframe, you may file a paper form. If you must pay a bill, use our Quick Pay application, which does not require you to log in. If you received an income request letter (Form RP-5300-WSC), use our STAR Income Worksheet tool.

Notice of determination of STAR Exemption ineligibility

If you received this letter (Form RP-425-PDL-HTRC), we are instructing your assessor to remove your STAR exemption because you failed to register after being sent two notices to do so.

If you disagree

You have the right to protest this notice by filing Form RP-425-SB, Application for State Board Review of Tax Department Determination of STAR Exemption Ineligibility. See Protest a notice denying the STAR exemption.

You must file your protest within 45 days from the date of the notice you received.
