Confidentiality

The Tax Law prohibits us from disclosing information obtained from a tax return or during an audit to any unauthorized person. However, it does permit us to share your tax information with the IRS and other government agencies, within defined standards of secrecy and sharing agreements. You have the right to expect that any information you provide to the Tax Department will not be disclosed unless authorized by you or by law.
