STAR credit issued report (report #11) instructions

Overview

The STAR Credit Issued Report includes all STAR credits issued for the current year up to the 
time the report is generated. It indicates whether the credit was for the Basic or Enhanced STAR 
credit; it does not include dollar amounts. 

What to do next

The report is for your information; you are not required to take action based on the report.
