Select which application or site you need help with:

• SLMS
• Certificate of Authority
• Online Services
• Cigarette and Tobacco Registration
• Vapor Products Dealer Registration

Not sure?

Select SLMS (Statewide Learning Management System) if you:

• need help logging in to SLMS,
• need help adding or dropping courses in SLMS,
• completed a course in SLMS but it shows as In Progress,
• received an authorization error when navigating SLMS,
• received an API Adapter Error message. 

Select Online Services if you need help:

• with a specific Online Services application,
• remembering your username and password,
• logging in to your Online Services account, or
• navigating your Online Services account.

Select Certificate of Authority, Cigarette and Tobacco Registration, or Vapor Products Registration if you need help with:

• the sales tax Certificate of Authority application (DTF-17), 
• the Cigarette and Tobacco Registration application, or
• the Vapor Products Dealer Registration application.
