6/26/14	IT-201-I, IT-201-X-I, IT-203-I, IT-203-X-I, IT-204-I, IT-204-LL-I, IT-205-I, IT-214-I, and NYC-210 (and possibly others)	2011 and 2012	The private delivery service address for most personal income tax forms has been changed effective June 1, 2014. The new address is NYS TAX DEPARTMENT RPC - PIT W A HARRIMAN CAMPUS ALBANY NY 12227-0805 The addresses that have been replaced are SourceHOV, 575 Boices Ln, Kingston NY 12401-1083; State Processing Center, 30 Wall St, Binghamton NY 13901-2718; and State Processing Center, 101 Enterprise Dr, Kingston NY 12401. Do not use these addresses. (Do not use the new address for forms with the still valid private delivery service address of 33 Lewis Road in Binghamton.) See Publication 55, Designated Private Delivery Services, for more information about the use of these services in place of U.S. Mail. The address for regular U.S. Mail deliveries for 2011 - 2013 personal income forms has not changed.
5/29/14	IT-201-X-I and NYC-210	2013	The private delivery service address for most personal income tax forms has been changed effective June 1, 2014. Packages sent to the old address before the change will be forwarded. The new address is NYS TAX DEPARTMENT RPC - PIT W A HARRIMAN CAMPUS ALBANY NY 12227-0805 The address that has been replaced is SOURCEHOV, 575 BOICES LN, KINGSTON NY 12401-1083. It appears on 2013 Forms IT-201-X-I and NYC-210. Other forms refer to Publication 55, Designated Private Delivery Services, for the private delivery service address and other information; this publication has been updated with the new address above. The address for regular mail deliveries has not changed.
