Visit the new Homeowner Benefit Portal in your Individual Online Services account!

From the Homeowner Benefit Portal, you can:

  •  register for STAR
  •  enroll in STAR Credit Direct Deposit
  •  switch to the STAR credit
  •  view, edit or close your registrations
  •  ensure your information is accurate and complete
  •  take action to resolve issues

To visit the Homeowner Benefit Portal, first log in to your Individual Online Services account.

If you don’t have an Individual Online Services account, see Create an Online Services Account.

After you log in, select the ≡ Services menu in the upper-left corner of your screen. You’ll find the link for Homeowner Benefit Portal in the Real property tax menu.
