2019 STAR credit implementation guide

Now available: 2019 STAR Credit Implementation Guide for Local Governments and School Districts.

First up: Mobile homes and co-op spreadsheets

Properties that are not separately assessed on the roll are generally our largest challenge in regard to issuing timely and accurate checks. We greatly appreciate your assistance by providing complete mobile home and co-op spreadsheets by the deadline. For most assessors, that deadline is May 17. If we don’t receive timely, accurate, and complete information about these properties, their checks will be delayed.

Telecommunications ceilings are issued

Telecom ceilings have been issued to all impacted localities and companies. Bear in mind that the values that ORPTS produces are ceilings not assessments; local values can be less than or equal to the ceilings, but cannot exceed them.
