Reminder: Online Assessment Community (OAC) downtime

ORPTS training schedule

BAR training schedule

County directors: the BAR training schedule is updated for almost all counties. If you have changes or additions to the list, please email Colleen.Sheehan@tax.ny.gov.

Reminder: Review your 2019 preliminary taxable state land lists

Preliminary lists of 2019 taxable state land and taxable state conservation easements are now available in the Online Assessment Community for affected municipalities.

By April 11, please review all posted documents and follow the instructions to complete the lists.

For more information about the preliminary lists, select the Help button on any screen in the application.

Looking for a local law?

The New York State Department of State (DOS) maintains an online and searchable database of local laws. Visit Local Laws Search for instructions and to get started. Counties, cities, towns, and villages are required to file their local laws with DOS. The database includes laws filed since January 1, 1998.
