Happy Valentines Week! 

2019 levels of assessment due February 15

By February 15, please submit your level of assessment (LOA) to your Regional Customer Service Liaison. We will consider your LOA as we calculate 2019 residential assessment ratios (RAR).  We expect to issue the RARs on March 1. 

STAR content now available in multiple languages

We strive to make our programs accessible to all property owners, regardless of their primary language. In fact, taxpayers can call our contact center in ANY language and be connected to an interpreter to assist them. 

In addition, we translate key web content and publications into six languages: 

• Bengali
• Chinese
• Haitian-Creole
• Korean
• Russian
• Spanish

The following STAR content is now available in multiple languages: 

• Register for the STAR credit
• Income Verification Program (IVP) pamphlet (available on STAR information for local officials)
• IVP poster (Spanish and English only)
