Need an update to your secure account?

Do you need to make a change to your Online Assessment Community secure account?  Maybe you need to remove a SWIS code from your account, remove a staff member, or have other changes. Please send all such requests to the ORPTS Communications Team at real.property@tax.ny.gov.

County directors: The BAR Training list is online

We’ve published a list of your upcoming Board of Assessment Review trainings to assist BAR members who are unable to attend the training in their county. We will update this list weekly.
