Corporation Tax: Submit a replacement payment

To replace a previously canceled payment, follow the instructions below.

ACH credit

If you’re already set up to make ACH credit payments with us through your financial institution, you may use this method to make a new payment for a date up to the due date.

Mandatory first installments or estimated payments

To submit a new payment for Form CT-300, Mandatory First Installment (MFI) of Estimated Tax for Corporations, or Form CT-400, Estimated Tax for Corporations, select one of the following options, and pay using your preferred method.

Open the application

  1. Log in to your Online Services account. If you don't have one, create an account.
  2. Go to your Account Summary page of your Online Services account.
  3. Select Corporation tax in the Services menu.
  4. Select Make estimated or MFI payment from the drop-down.

Complete your payment details

  1. Enter your payment details.
  2. On the Pay from Bank Account page, provide your correct bank account information.
  3. Enter your payment date (you cannot schedule your payment in advance if the due date has already passed).

Submit your payment

  1. On the Review and Verify page, carefully review all the information and select Submit.
  2. Save or print the confirmation number for your records.
  3. Monitor your bank account to ensure the payment is successfully debited (it may take several days from the payment date for the payment to post to your tax account).
