STAR differentials

The sales price differential factor is the average price of residential property in the county divided by the statewide average. It is used in the calculation of STAR exemption amounts. It is only used for counties where the median residential sales price is higher than the state median, excluding New York City.  Differentials only exist in the counties listed below.  Counties not listed should use a differential of 1.0000.
