The client permissions report provides a comprehensive view of tax professional Online Services (OLS) account master administrator's and
users' permissions for their clients.
Account master administrators will have default access to the client permissions report(s) automatically. Account users will have access to the client permissions report(s) based on either their administrative access they have been assigned to their firm (see chart below), or based on their assignment to a specific client.

Once logged into your Online Services account, you can find the client permissions report(s) by selecting ‘Manage client access' under your client information section, you will be directed to the ‘Manage Client Access for Online Services' page.
