CT-3-S	New York S Corporation Franchise Tax Return	An S corporation is a small business corporation whose shareholders elect to be taxed under personal income tax rather than corporation tax law. Form CT-3-S is for those corporations that have a more complex taxing situation similar to filers of Form CT-3.
