We've listed below current opportunities to buy cigarettes that were confiscated by the NYS Tax Department.

Who may bid:

• Bidders must have a current NYS Stamping Agent License

Our authority to sell: Under Tax Law Section 1846, we're allowed to sell cigarettes confiscated in accordance with judicial law.

You may be disqualified, if you don't:

• meet all requirements and follow the instructions in the bid documents
• check this page for any bid updates and incorporate changes into your bid
• mail your proposal; we do not accept bids by email or other electronic means
